If anyone on AT has this player maybe you know my issue.
i can put songs on my Rio using the software it comes with it. I drag and drop the mp3's and when the ammount of songs i put on it goes over the internal memory the mp3's are noted as "external memory" (meaning my SD card).
the software says the songs are on my player but i cant listen to them when its not plugged into pc via USB. they dont appear. only internal memory songs do. HELP! got player as gift and really dont want to return.
i have a 512mb sandisk in it. had a 1gb kingston but was told its wasn't compatible.
