Need help w/outlook error

Outlook 2003 on win xp pro. Outlook has been acting up recently. I had to "end task" a couple of times. Once I saw a message come up about it not closing properly or something and telling me to go into Outlook safe mode. I clicked tooquick before reading the whole message. Now just a few minutes ago I got this error.

Are you using Earthlink's Spam Blocker?

I'm not sure what it is exactly, but that is the only close link I got off elsbohook search on google. I would start by disabling the extension, then using detect and repair from the help menu on Outlook 2003. You'll need your Office CD to complete this possibly.

If you do have Earthlink's Spam blocker then you may need to reinstall it after these steps are complete and Outlook is working properly again.

I went ahead and uninstalled it. I'll give it a day or two and see if the problems persist.

It's been uninstalled since yesterday with no problem. Actually I'm not sur ewhat it was even doing when it was installed. Is it suppose to stop you from getting spam or is it somehtng that you are supposed to select spam and tell the spamblocker to catch it in the future??
Nevertheless, I'm probably fine without it.
