Need Help w/ my RAM !!

I already had a stick of Memman 128bm PC-133 w/Mosel Chip V54C365804VCT7(7ns). It was running fine with a stick of 64mb Toshiba.
Yesterday, I took out the Toshiba and installed a brand new 128mb Mushkin w/SIEMENS Infineon(7.5ns) PC133, that's where the problem started.
My W2K system files got corrupted and Win98se got registry errors when I ran those memories at 133mhz. Later, after reinstalling W2K, I found out the only way to keep the two memories running happily is to run them at 100mhz. OUCH!
With my CUSL2 I have the option to run the CPU at 133mhz and memories at 100mhz.

An update!!
I went into the Bios and set the speed to 3-3-3, now it's working fine. But isn't the Infineon module rated CAS2? According to this site www.overclockin.com/reviews/RamRoundup2/RamRoundup2-2.html it should be able to run upto 140mhz at 2-2-2.
