Need help w/ Mid-line gaming system

With so much change going on in the computer world, it's frustrating picking a time to build. I'm not satisfied w/ my current systems running of CS:Source and I just need help w/ the options

Option 1:
DFI Lanparty or Asus K8n-e or VNF3-250?
3200 64
1gig of Corsair Value
some 80gig drive(hard drive speed and capacity isn't an issue)
Geforce 6800nu or x800pro ??

Option 2:
wait for nforce4

Trying to minimize cost, but not skimp.
