Need help w/microsft outlook.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but here goes...

Can you receive mail for the same e-mail address, on two different user desktops, using the same OS, on the same computer? A clone if you will. Said differently I would like to have the same mail etc. appear if my wife enters her desktop or if I enter mine.

If it is possible could someone explain how it is done? Thank you in advance! JAWS

Assuming it is from the same POP3 account you can try this:

1- On the Tools menu, click Services.
2- In the The following information services are set up in this profile box, click Internet E-mail - mail account name. If you have more than one Internet e-mail account, select the one that you want to modify.
3- Click Properties, and then click the Advanced tab.
4- Select or clear the Leave a copy of messages on server check box. To have your messages deleted from the server after a specified number of days, select the Remove from server after check box, and then type a number of days in the box.
