Need help w/forum "customize"

Read a thread that indicated the "customize" forum option can be used to change the settings so new threads are displayed first (i.e. on top).

Each time I select the "customize" button I get the message "Sorry, customization is only available to users that are logged in."

Can anyone help?

Are you logged in when you try to access the customize option?

If so, try clearing cache, or logging out, and then back in again.

Did not seem to help. Perhaps firewall security prevents.

Can make changes from home network.
