Need help w/ deadbeat bidder causing trouble

Here's the deal. The bidder CLAIMS to have sent a money order. I did receive an envelope from him w/ shipping address and NO Payment. He's already left negative feedback and is now calling my work. I'm afraid this type of trouble can cause me my job esp if he begins calling others at my work or something. I"ve requested from him proof of payment (money order cashed or something). Nothing.

And of course, I didn't send him anything w/out receiving payment. Any way I can escalate?

Just sent him this email:


Look guy, show me proof that your payment was sent and that I cashed this
supposed money order you sent otherwise i suggest you buzz off. You sent me
an envelope w/ a shipping address and NO payment. You should have your
cancelled check which shows it was cashed. Or if it was a money order, go
to the bank you got it from and have them show in proof it was cashed and
that the name you put (mine) cashed it.

Show me this proof and I'll send you the kicks.

What you have been doing constitutes as FRAUD, and if this stalking
continues w/out proof of payment, I'll be forced to contact the authorities.
I do not deal w/ scam artists or criminals.

SHOW PROOF OF CASHED PAYMENT BY ME OR END ALL CONTACT BEGINNING NOW!

just tell him when/if he calls again, he has to prove that payment was cashed. if it was cashed, where and when, and if there's a signature on the payment.
