Need help w/ BlackBerry email forwarding.

A month ago my work phone was set up to forward the emails from my work account to my BlackBerry. Last week I received a message from Blackberry on my phone

"This email account is no longer acessible by your BB device. This issue is likely caused by a recent change to the password used to access this account."

I have 2 different responses from the support people at work.

1) Your laptop supports the email forwarding so it must remain on
2) No, your laptop was not set up this way, I dont know whats wrong

Everyone is tied up at work and and it looks like it might be a while before they get to me.

Any help? thanks

Your best bet would be to contact your provider, but I can't see how it has anything to do with your laptop.

BES, then. They are suggesting you start the BB desktop Manager and ensure the email setting are correct. I suggest you go into the Desktop Manager, go to email settings, screen cap it, email your support guys with it and have them confirm that it is set correctly for your environment.
