I have a Toshiba 1415 Laptop, with 1.8ghz cel, 256mb RAM, Geforce 4 go, and 30gb HD.
The problem is that Windows Xp is displaying this message at startup "Windows detected that the remote procedure call service terminated unexpectedly. Windows will shut down in 1.00mins (countdown timer). Please save any work you were doing.
Thing is that it was running perfectly a moment before, and when it was working it wasn't connected to the net, so i don't think i have a virus. I'm not sure though, as i cannot run a system scan (it shuts down too soon). I have norton auto protect enabled at all times, and run live update daily.
What do you think happened?
