Need Help Unlocking My Cell Phone

I have a Siemens A65, and after buying enough credits from Virgin Mobile, I asked them to send me the unlock code. This is one of the instructions:


4. Ignoring the prompt "Please insert your SIM card" enter the first unlock
code:
*#0000* 56131513# (remember to enter all #'s and *'s)

Between the * and the 5, am I supposed to insert a space? If so, how do I do that? 😕
 
on my nokia, I think I just keep pushing the 0 key until it turns into a space like when im texting... but I doubt you need to do a space here.... GL, you'll be l33t if you get this working 😉
 
Here's the full instructions:

1. Turn your phone off

2. Remove your SIM. Ignore the message to insert the sim card.

3. Turn on your phone

4. Ignoring the prompt "Please insert your SIM card" enter the first unlock
code:
*#0000* 56131513# (remember to enter all #'s and *'s)

5. Wait until a message appears saying 'Code Deleted' (this can take up to
40 minutes)

6. Again ignoring the prompt "Please insert your SIM card" enter the second
unlock code:
*#0001*42882444 # (remember to enter all #'s and *'s)

7. Again, wait for a message to appear saying 'Code Deleted' (this can take
up to 40 minutes)

8. Insert your new SIM and restart the phone.

9. You should now be able to use your NON Virgin SIM to make calls

After I put the first code in, it just said "Invalid Entry", so I tried it again, and it said "Invalid Entry" again. I'm not sure if that's supposed to happen.

Im over here in the UK and not less than 3 minutes ago i called to get the unlock code for my A65 as well 😀
 
I bought the phone in the UK, while I was on holiday there.

I bought a lot more minutes than I needed to, just so I could get the unlock code.

They had a kickass deal when i bought mine...

Buy 35gbp of Airtime, get the phone for 10gbp.

However, the phone came w/ 5gbp was well in the joining back, so i ended up with 40gbp of airtime and the phone was 5gbp 🙂
