Need help tweaking my sis645 Pentium IV setup

I just got my microstar sis645 and williamette 1.6ghz pIV.

This is my current setup:

1.6Ghz PentiumIV @ 1.947Ghz @ 1.85volts
Microstar sis645 ultra w/ sis 1.09f agp drivers
corsair ddr333 256 mb @ cas2 ultra timings ddr324
Geforce 3 ti200 @ 240/540 det 23.11
sb live!
winxp professional

My current 3dmark 2k1 score is 7750, which is a little low to me. I was hoping for 8200 at least. Any tips on making it better. Thanks.
