Need help, TV wonder doesn't work with Geforce3 TI 200

Ok,

I had a temporary fix, and that was to change the color depth to 16 bit and then the TV would work.But them my dumb ass upgraded the drivers of the geforce and then that didn't work anymore. So I rolled back the driver and again, it strill doesn't work. It actually comes up and then just hangs. any ideas? it;s ATI mmc 7.1 and the OS is XP.
