Need help trying to post a pic

I did a search and can't find any info on it. I checked the FAQ and it says to click the "Manage Attatchments" button. I don't see this button anywhere. Is it something in my User CP on the site or am I just missing something?

This belongs in the Forum issues section. Not under computer help. But you won't be able to post a picture here. You can however link to the image.

I wasn't sure where to put the thread. Posting the pic relates to a computer problem. I should have asked that as well. Sorry about that. Can a mod move it please?

Do I need a site to link to or can I link from my computer?

You need to upload the image to a photo sharing. Then you can get a link for that picture that can be posted on the forums.

And this is how it looks in a post when you put the URL of your Image
into the Insert Image Icon (the one just to the right of the URL icon)

This is the Insert Image icon:

When it comes up, has: http:// already in the box
When you put in your Image URL do either of

1): Delete the existing http:// from the box and paste the whole URL of your image in the box

2): Paste everything for your Image URL except for: http:// into the box
