So here's the story. Some guy, C, gives a friend of mine B a motorcycle and decides that he want to move to Chicago or something. Friend B doesn't want the motorcycle because it doesn't run. Friend B give the bike to Friend A. Friend A give the bike to me for the same reason. Now, I have this bike in my garage that i'm convinced I can fix but there's no paper work for it. The friends A and B, have lost touch with guy C.
The deal is that I want to fix the bike really bad, but with out paperwork it's pointless. The bike has a license plate from 1997. I want to know if there is a way from me to get a title for the bike without guy C. Or if it's possible to track this guy down, which will be a lot of trouble. Please help.
