According to "File Properties", there are 496 Files, 77 Folders for a total size of 4.46 GB (4,795,555,840 bytes). The DVD is 4.7 GB. Any reason why it won't fit? Tried Nero & the overburn enabled, but I now have a coaster.
Any help/suggestions/ideas will be appreciated.
(BTW, it's supposed to be an "autorun" DVD)

Welcome to the world of DVD marketing. Manufacturers give the disc capacity in 4.7 gigabits, not gigabytes.

Therefore, the true capacity in GIGABYTES is 4,700,000,000 / (1024)^3 = 4.37GB

Well, that kinda bites, don't it? So I guess I need to get rid of 95,555,840 bytes?

Yup, because 95,555,840 bytes / (1024)^3 = 0.09gigabytes

4.46GB - 0.09GB = 4.37GB (maximum capacity of blank DVD media)

Have you tried WinRAR/Winzip?
Or is that not an option because it's Autorun?
(I find RAR gives better compression than Zip at default settings)

I downloaded it in that format...I assume since it had an "autorun" icon in the extracted file & since it was a type of "Suite" software, that it had to be extracted then burnt
