Need help troubleshooting a BSOD error in Win2k

About a month ago, I started receiving "STOP 0x0000009F DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE" BSOD errors upon shutdown. Here is the full error from the event log:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x00000002, 0x81461020, 0x814adad0, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini100900-01.dmp.

I finally got around to looking for a solution and found the following documents.

0x0000009f

0x00000002 (partway down page)

I think this first happened after trying to install the ASPI layer for my cdrw, although I'm not 100% sure. I'm not sure what I installed when doing that, anyway. The pages listed don't really give good advice on how to eliminate these problems. Any thoughts?

FYI - I'm running an Asus CUSL2 1002 bios, Win2k SP1.
