Need help tracking down a thief from ebay.

To make a long story short...my wife got screwed out of $84 from a person on ebay.
Against my wishes she used a Buy it Now option on a presell of Hellraiser figures kit back in late January. The figures were supposed to ship this month. Now the seller has been suspended from ebay, and the user's email account is no longer active. Go figure.

I have the contact info of this user, at least what was used in the ebay profile consisting of a name, city, state and phone number. Called the phone number last night, and a lady answered but claimed that no one by the person's name was living there.
I need to know what resources are out there to help me track this person down.

I had a bad feeling about doing a "presell" for anything, but my wife went ahead with it anyways. She definitely has learned a hard lesson from this.

The money was paid from my paypal account back in January. I'm afraid that Paypal wont be able to help me out with this, because of the amount of time involved.

troll hunters dont' deal with ebay issue.

You can basically kiss your $ goodbye provide that it happen in Jan & it's April now.

Suggestion

1. Contact ebay for more information
2. Try to contact "Paypaldamon" in AT forums. Take a look at his profile, u should know what I am talking about.
