Hi to all, Building this computer for my four grandkids. Previously I ran this celron 300a @464 on a BH6 and It worked great at default voltage. Now I have a Intel SE440-BX-2 M/B and would like to overclock the 300a by running the FSB at 100. I have built the computer and it works great but the m/b automatcally selects the 66 FSB and I can't seem to change it in the bios or configuration bios (using jumper). Please help me, All I know about computers and overclocking I learned on this board. I have read thousands of post but I think this is my third post. Thank 🙂

Read Tom's Hardware, about couple of years back - you have to tape one connector on the processor (66/100 select). I have done this on a P2-300 and it works like a charm.

Thanks Andri and especially to Jhhnn!! The 300a is now at 450. "How sweet it is"!! A Quote from Jacky Gleson. What a powerful resource, the internet and a good group of smart people willing to help. great job.
