After a problem occured during defragment i had to run chkdsk utility
to check my disk!
Unfortunately when XP started the chedisk started and forr my surprise
it started deleting my files.
The problem is that the files appeared as orphan files.
What i want is to restore all these files (about 160Gb) cause i have
many important files to me!

So if anyone has any clue about how to restore those deleted files
please let me know and mail me to nemesis345crew@gmail.com or just post
here the answer!

Pls help me ASAP!!!!!

THANK YOU ALL!!!!

Someone told me that:
"Reboot your system and when your in boot screen hit F8 or F12 and click on
the option to restore my computer to an earlier date that should work"

What do you think!

chkdsk doesn't really delete files like that. The damage was already there. If what you are asking is how to get a bunch of .chk files back to where they belong, the answer is: you can't 🙁

The F8 is used to go into safemode where you can select a restore point.
It's worth a try I suppose.
