Need help to OC Athlon 900 on a SOYO SY-K7VTA-B

The manula says that there are three jumpers which must be set in order to set the MB to manually set the multiplier, however there are only two of these three present on my MB. JP2 and JP3 no JP4. Please help.
 
First off let me calm ur fears - your not losin ur mind
there is only ONE jumper on the board.
the other two arent there just change the single jumper to enable ur multiplier for the dipswitches and ull be fine.
well both of my vta-b's only had one jumper .
