Need help to OC 2400+ /w alpha PAL8045, A7N8X deluxe,

I'm just ordering in the parts, and after waiting for 3 weeks and being on back-order, they're finally in.
ANYWAYS, the beast has an Athlon XP 2400+ and an alpha PAL8045, which I applied ASCIII to, and nForce2 board A7N8X(asus) deluxe, and pc2700 Samsung ram. I was wondering if the system would run stable if I upped the FSB to 166 (effectively 333), but lowered the multiplier to keep it @ 2.0 GHz, without changing the vcorer or unlocking the cpu, if everything would run stable and stay cool enough.

thx! was wondering what's the lowest multiplier you can get w/o unlocking though. Seems to be 12.5 from what everyone's saying, but is that changed with the newer bioses?

I unlocked my processor as soon as I open the box. Don't know what the lowest Multiplier is with locked processor.
