Need help to install 8500 DV

msi k7t turbo2 motherboard, award bios 3.5, windows XP pro
I have installed the service pack 1 and the latest VIA 4.43 4in1driver
However I figure out the only driver I can use to install my 8500DV is the one in the installation CD(date 10/26/01) 😱
and 3D appearance is extremely slow when using this driver.
Other drivers from ATI will only cause black screen.
Would anyone please help me with this? thanx a lot.
