need help to distribute power

You guys have a Master Electrician confused at how you do load calculations. Ive been awarded a contract that involves 3phase 480volt 800amp main and if I figure stuff out the way your going about it I would be out of a job. One of you says 3 units on a breaker and I say at least 6. Without more info its all a big guess. You can not go by PS wattage as a direct number for a load on 120VAC. You need to know amps. 3amps per unit is what you use, thats monitor and unit. To help the guy figure this I need to know what the main panel is set up for. In load calcs you also use a percentage, because not all units will pull full load 100% of the time.

Try 14400 VA from a different formula

This setup needs 60 AMPS each leg from a 240volt panel
