ZIP DRIVE: Internal SCSI Zip 100, with it?s own Adaptec SCSI card
Operating System: Multiple boot into Linux, Win2000, Win98 SE and the crappy WinME(maybe)
Current power supply is my case (200 Watts), I will be using my current case (Dell pentium 200MMX)

Everything is currently working great with the intel/200MX, will be getting the new MOBO/Duron, Sink/Fan and RAM this week end and will do the swap ... how much more juice does this board/CPU fan, will need !? I am guessing it should be OK !!
If not how would I know ??

I recently built a similar system with an Antec 235w ps, and it could not tow the line. The system would fail randomly, and at one point the cd's would not spin up properly. After switching memory, video cards and trading out the MB I got nowhere. I upgraded to the Antec 300 and *poof* the troubles went away. I run a K6-3 450, CD, Voodoo 3 3500 with the 235, but I steer clear of anything less than 300 for beefier systems. Hope this helped.

Spend some cash on a new PSU. The chances of that 200w working are one in a million.

I like the Antec 300w, which is available for like $30 at Onvia.com (they use to have free shipping, now that's only if you order over $100 :(). It's reliable and will definately get you where you need to go, for a great price.

That older case w/ P200MMX is probably AT form factor and PSU anyways, so you'd need to upgrade for sure.
