Need help to deal with an eBay bad seller

I bought a set of DVD animations from an eBay seller. He sent me a set of DVD that I think it is DVD recordable but it looks very real except it is gold iin the play side and does not play in my old DVD player. My old DVD player will play CD-R but not DVD-R or DVD+R. It plays fine with my new DVD player


It is a 4 disc set and two of the disc contains only half of the content of the menu. It should be 6 episodes on each DVD and it could only play the first 3. The other 2 DVD plays OK on my new DVD player that accept DVD-R or DVD+R


I e-mail him back complaining about the 2 problem disc and he told me to send them back. I sent the whole 4 disc set back and he said he received it and has sent another set back on 02-05-03

I did not received anything and e-mail him on 02-14-03 and he did not reply.

I sent another e-mail again 2 days ago and he did not reply also

I also send another e-mail to his Store website and no reply also.


paypal cannot help me because the deal is over 30 days

What should I do?

I think eBay has an e-fraud page or something... call eBay up maybe they can help.
