Get something over 500 Watts, just to be safe and have some overheard.
I suggest Corsair VX550. If you can afford a more powerful PSU, go for it in case you ever want to Crossfire another HD4870. Something like the Corsair TX750, PC Power and Cooling Silencer 750, Coolermaster Real Power Pro 850W, Antec True Power Quattro 850W......the list goes on.

PC Power @ Cooling 750 Silencer and any from the Corsair series of power supplies, and you should be golden.
Excellent service and customer support.
I just had to RMA my OCZ Modstream 450. I had it for almost 2 years with constant load on it. It finally died. I shipped it out this past Wednesday, and another one is already on it's way to me. This was the easiest RMA I have EVER had to do.
And knowing the track record of Corsair, I would assume they are just as good.
But...come in a week or so. That one is going in my wife's PC and I am going to order the Corsair 750 for $114
Edit: Looking at the hardware of your new build...I would go with this CORSAIR 750W

Oh, I see you have a HD 4870 card. In that case...maybe you would be interested in the Red Crossfire special edtion
Review of said power supply

Well there is no reason that the Crossfire special edition PSU is any better than the black of the blue one...they are all exactly the same, but ATI and nVidia will not certify a product that is already certified by the other, so they just needed a different model number...so painting it red did the trick for them.
A larger fan on the bottom/top will usually be a little quieter.
