Need HELP to check CPU Temp

I have a 700 MHz AMD Duron with a M7VKB motherboard. The motherboard does NOT allow the showing of the CPU and SYSTEM temperature in BIOS. Therefor, I have no idea what temperature the CPU is running. Obviously, buying another motherboard is not a viable alternative.

Is there some good software that will tell me exactly what the CPU temperature is? If not, is there something else that is good to use to get this information.

I tried using Motherboard Monitor and I don't think it allows the settings for this motherboard. (Maybe I just don't know how to set it up)

Also, can anyone recommend the BEST heatsink and fan to get maximum cooling?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.TextTextTextText

You can get a program that monitors cpu temps, i use a program called MBPROBE. Most like to use MBM5 which is motherbaord monitor 5. AS for an HSF if your not o/cing it then no need to spend the money, but if you must have one then the best would probably be a Swiftech, i have the Alpha PAL 6035 which does a great job. Try the MBPROBE program i found it easier to get going the MBM5, they have some readme files to help you set up the correct sensor to monitor your temps.
