Need Help Tekram SCSI DC-315U with WinXP

I just upgrade my system to WinXP.
But it won't detect my SCSI
can someone help me out?
What should I Do?

did you install the scsi drivers when prompted by pressing F6 when just starting the install?
only asking as I don't know if XP has native drivers for your card like it has for adaptec ones!

XP have native drivers for my old DC310 I'd imagine it should have for yours too. Um... try reseating the card and see what happens.
