I'm pretty new to the whole audio interface thing and am looking to buy one so I can actually hook of my speakers and sub-woofer. I have 2 KRK rokit 5's and am looking to use a balanced XLR connection. My sub woofer is a Yamaha YST-SW012 that only has an input which is RCA. Whats the easiest way to hook all these up to my computer? Everything I've read about setups has sub-woofers with inputs and outputs.

Possibly an audio interface with 3 XLR connections where the subwoofer uses an RCA to XLR adapter? If someone could recommend a setup or audio interface it would be much appreciated. I'm pretty stuck on what to do. Ideally I'm not trying to spend a lot of money ($200 Max but hopefully a lot less). I'm into music production and need this for mixing

Might be completely missing the point here, but how about just a simple stereo/5.1 receiver? Run your audio from PC to the receiver and let the receiver handle the speakers.

+1 Applying the K.I.S.S method always works for me

Op is trying to do music production, receivers are too noisy electronically and he has active speakers and subwoofer so does not need amplification.
