I ruined my PSU by attempting to sleeve myself (screwed up the black ground wires as far as I can tell) so I'll be letting someone else do it for me. Anyhow, with a small precision jewlers screwdriver this connector also comes off for easier sleeving.

You can see the little metal prong that's keeping the connectors from sliding out. Like EeyoreX says, press down on those with something while drawing the wire out of the plug. I personally use a razor-knife blade's point, and press down and back simultaneously to push the prong down and slide the contact out at the same time.

If anyone can tell how to remove the 4-pin ATX12V plug, I'd love to learn THAT trick :p I took a pretty determined crack at it, but it wasn't letting go of those pins! I ended up ordering a piece of 3/8" sleeving so I can just slide the sleeving over the whole darn plug.

They better be, they're both ground wires and are electrically connected to eachother ;)

btw, the lack wires are interchangable right?
Maybe they are and I screwed up elsewhere. Though I was pretty sure to plug everything back the way it was. I marked the molex connectores with marker (different color markers to differentiate) to show where the red and yellow wires belonged, and only did one string at a time. I verified all the red/yellow connections were correct before powering my PC back. I didn't bother with the blacks, as I assumed it didn't matter. Of course it is possible I messed up, but I was pretty thorough. I didn't investigate too much after my PSU went pop, I was just thankful the Antec didn't take anything with it when it blew. Also, I suppose it could be coincidence and my PSU just went bad. Though it was only about 6 months old.
