Need help setting up Wireless Laptop...

I tried connecting with my other Linksys router but I cannot get it to connect with my Netgear WGT624 v3... Anyone have any suggestions?
 
I've disabled all security and it still won't let me. Most of the time, it doesn't even show up on the wireless signal scan on my laptop.
