Newb on networking needs help on setting up Tiberian Sun on my wireless network. I am trying to set up two computers at my house so I can play against my son. They are connected by a D link wireless router. I have enabled file sharing and can see both of them but when I try to set up the game it asks for a network id number. Where do I find it? It also says IPX not found. I am running win 2000 on both computers. I have a third computer that is hardwired to the router that is running XP home if that matters. Thanks for any help.

You need to go to the Properties of each network adapter, and where it lists TCP/IP etc, you need to click on Add, and choose IPX/SPX for each computer.

This will install the IPX protocol, and you can then all play 🙂
