Need help setting up Outlook and Gmail

Got Outlook, got gmail, but I'm having trouble finding the exact incoming (POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) mail servers for Outlook to use.

Anyone got some advice on this?

What ISP are you with?

Right now I'm on Everyone's Internet (dial up) for 12 more hours, then moving to a differennt city and using Road Runner.
