Need help setting up my email on windows

you know when ever i click on mailto: user@hotmail.com they ask me to setup my email account. But i don't know how🙁😱 I always wuss out and copy their email addy, and paste in my webmail compose page. But of course this takes longer😱

I have an account on http://webmail.pas.earthlink.net/ but I don't know how to set it up.

What do I put when they ask...

Incmoing mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server:

You need to get that information from your ISP.

outgoing: mail.earthlink.net

Well, all of it except that the Incoming Server is POP3...
