Ok so my mother runs a medical group. She is spending 12 + hours working a day its getting kinda nuts. She has worked with the IT guy at the clinic and they have setup a VPN so she can connect to system called MEDENT at home.
Ok so the IT guy setup the GP VPN (GP = General Practice) When I hit the shortcut he created It brings up the network screen and says it is connected to both the at home wireless network and the GP VPN.
After it gets connected then your supposed to just click on the software MEDENT and hit connect. Every time I try to do this I get an error thou that states
ERROR!
Connection Request Timed Out.
Please Check Server Address
