Need help setting up a test bench

I do alot of PC builds/ troubleshooting work on the side, and think maybe I should invest in a decent test bench. Porblem is I'm not sure what all I'd need.

ATX PSU
PC100/133
AGP Vidcard
small HD

What am I missing?
