Need help setting up a small LAN

I have 8 computers and one Server. They want NT Server and Win95 clients. How will I set up the Win95 clients for remote access and administration. Say on of the 95 clients is having software errors and I dial into the server. Will I be able to get to this machine the same way I can get to NT boxes after I auth to the domain. I do not want to have to use PC anywhere or such.
 
Use BackOrifice. That's exactly what it was designed for. Win9x was not built for remote administration but I do think that you can get programs (from microsoft) that will do that....
