Need help setting up a motherboard

I currently have an HP Vectra XU 6/200. This is a Pentium Pro 200 system that can use a dual procesor setup. I now have the second processor, but here is my question: the system uses a VRM on one processor, do I have to have a second VRM for the second processor, or do I remove the Single VRM and run the processors side by side.

I do not want to let the magic smoke out of the system.

My understanding is that the VRM or Voltage Regulator Module allows you to split and adjust the voltage to the core in a split voltage supporting chip.
The PPro 200 does support split voltage, yet the standard core and I/O are the same at a default of 3.3V and 3.5VRE

What is the original set to.. 3.3V/3.3V?

Not much you can do on this mobo, it is a HP board all the way. I just need to know if 2 VRM are used to run 2 processors, or do I remove the one VRM to run 2 processors.
