Need help setting up a BIOS

We had a system take a dive, but we have another that works, but the BIOS needs to be setup to take care of the transplanted drive. It's an AST 286, does anyone have a clue?
 
What type of drive? as far as I know you have to enter in cylinder numbers and such. Most older drives had that printed on the drive itself. Eventually they would autodetect.
 
Haha, I remember when you had to use the debug program to do a low level format on your (RLL/MFM) hard drive.
