1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing. -Gaming

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread -800-900

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from. -Usa

4. IF you're buying parts OUTSIDE the US, please post a link to the vendor you'll be buying from.
We can't be expected to scour the internet on your behalf, chasing down deals in your specific country... Again, help us, help YOU.

5. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc. -cpu preferable intel haswell

6. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are. -Keeping monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds. -No overclocking

8. What resolution, not monitor size, will you be using? -24" 1920x1200

9. WHEN do you plan to build it? -Now
Note that it is usually not cost or time effective to choose your build more than a month before you actually plan to be using it.

X. Do you need to purchase any software to go with the system, such as Windows or Blu Ray playback software? -Need windows, no blue ray player needed.

My thoughts is:
Inter Core i5-4670
mobo no preference
Samsung 840 ssd 128 Gb
VC since i have a buget and best bang for buck is ati , radeon at fastest i can get to fit into my buget
Hdd anything that is good price perfromane in 1Tb size
Case and ps no preference
Ram 8gb no preference
Windows 7 or 8 if better for gaming

800-900
cannot be more than 900

Would be thankful for suggestions since i need to build this pretty soon

Coxa - sounds like you have a good plan for your system. Here are some specific suggestions:

(1) CPU: Intel i5-4570 - you save $30 and give up barely any speed. Price is $189.
(2) Motherboard: MSI H87-G43 is a good choice at around $97.
(3) SSD : Get the Samsung 840 Evo 120GB. It's a bit more affordable than the Pro 128GB. That'll be $108.
(4) Video card: HD 7950, just pick the best hot deal you can find around $200AR. They're going fast!
(5) HD : Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB ($67)
(6) RAM: just pick the cheapest available, preferably DDR3-1600 with timings of 9-9-9-24. Should be about $60.
(7) Win8 ($89)
(8) Case - NZXT Source 210 ($40)
(9) PSU - Corsair CX500 ($50)

Total is $900 even. Might want a $20 DVD burner too.
