Need help selecting an 865 board!

i am a non overclocker and am looking for a stable, worry-free 865 mobo. i would like to keep the price under $130. Priority goes to stability, onboard sound features and low-noise (no northbridge fan would be perfect). i see everyone having memory timing problems and boards that wont post or give blue-screens--this is my first build and i dont want to deal with that. thanks all!
 
sounds like you need an Intel D865PERLK <-- no northbridge fan, soundmax onboard, darned stable.

It's costs around 148$ though, not 130..$ The D865PERLL might be cheaper..
