i am using i5 6500. My requirement is quality>performance>sound quality. I use it to watch films.

You can go for Asus H170 Pro Gaming.

Stable board with nice build quality and performance.It has SupremeFX 8-Channel High Definition Audio CODEC.
 
I have this board. Been very solid for me. Love my current build. And I can vouch for the audio quality. It also has digital out so if you have a good receiver, you can connect that way.
