Need HELP! rio 500 not recognized by Winme anymore.

OK I've tried every version of Rioport and for some reason my Rio 500 doesn't get recognized by my pc anymore. I even tried real jukebox and still have had no luck. When I try to connect it, it basically says that "it's not recognized blah blah, try powering off and on blah blah" Anyone know what I can do to fix this???
