Need Help Removing a Keylogger Proggie

Got a friend who is having trouble getting rid of this thing. A disgruntled ex-employee put it on the system. The company that makes & sells it refuses to provide instructions for it's removal.

Anybody got any advice (other than a reformat)?

If it's a keylogger, you could treat just like any other spyware. The straightforward answer is to download spybot, adaware, windows defender and spyblaster, install the updates and run the apps in safe-mode. to delete the required files & registry keys for this program
It is also said that Pest Patrol can get rid of it
