Need help refreshing Calculus junk

why is e^(2 ln |t|) = t^2? i finished calc a long time ago and needless to say i forgot everything 🙁

it's not calculus

e^(2 ln|t|) = (e ^ ln|t|)^2 = |t|^2 = t^2

the form before it had some integration to it 😛 thanks for clarifying. i shouldn't have slept through all those natural log/log junk back in high school.
