well, im getting bored and i just noticed something cool about my case. the bottom of the front plastic front panel has many openings at the bottom. i suppose this is so that air from the intake fan can flow. anyway, i thought it would be really cool if i could shine some pretty lights or a white light from the inside of the case out through this opening. it would make it look like the case is projecting some alienating light beofre its feet.
like some kind of enterprise or like its hovering in light. hehe. well, the main problem i have is, i have no clue how to get this light. i had a lot of spare LEDs (red, green ones for that matter), but i dont know how to hook them up. is there any adapter or anyway i can wire them to the power supply or 4-pin connectors?
i shined a flashlight from the inside of my case and it looked really neat, the light came out in front like i proposed it would!
to show you what i mean, i took a few digicam pics (sorry i broke my digicam), so its not clear at all, but u will still get the idea.
here are some pictures i took. the first is the case itself. the second i circled in red the bottom part of the front panel in which area i took the next few pictures. in the 3rd picture, i colored in the area below the front panel, where the light should shine out to. the next few pictures you can figure out.
