need help re creating a font

EDIT: Might be quicker just to replace all of them with a new font like that.

and that's probably what I'll have to end up doing

I'd replace them anyway. They are pixelized as all hell.

Perhaps would be a bit eaiser with a larger sample. Agree with consenus thus far: replacement is a less difficult solution.
