Need help quick!!! Dell is replacing my lappy---Update!! I'm getting supersized!

Dell is replacing a laptop with another since they cant fix it.

I told the woman at dell that it needs to have the same or better display and video card..


Anything else you can think of that I should ask?

I am literally on hold.

Uhh.. same exact specs or better.

Weight/Size? I wouldn't want one of those "desktop replacement" ones. Those things may have good specs but they're freakin gigantic and heavy as a hell.

It can weigh 10 lbs. Weight isnt an issue, but features and performance are

 

Go on the site and see what rules, and ask for that.
