Need help quick - any good Mac cram session/trouble shooting resources?

Aiiiieeee!!!!

I've been put into a situation where I need to pick up mac troubleshooting skills rather quickly - READ: Two days!

Know any books/websites/resources that I can cram real quick like?
 
how "in-depth" do you need?? earthlink has some good walk-thru's for internet stuff...pretty basic, just trash the prefs and rebuild them...try support.earthlink.net and look for the link for the walkthru's...also mac.com ibelieve...or macworld.com ...wait...here it is
 
I basically need to get a crash course in general mac use and normal functions - installing software, configuring network cards, troubleshooting hardware issues, ect.

I'm probably going to hit the book store tonight to look over things.

I haven't touched a mac in about 4 years, and that was using POS LCII's 😱
