Need help pushing my system UP

I have a stable operation, but I can't seem to get the rig to push higher.

Epox 9NDA3+
Venice.E 3000+
OCZ PC3200 RAM (2X512MB) generic
Thermalright XP-120

Right now, the system is set at 300X9 = 2700. I am showing a Vcore of 1.328V and have set the RAM to 3-3-3-6 2T. The HTT is 3x, and the mem divider is 133.

I have CPU/System temps at 34C idle, and CPU temps of 41C under full load (stabilized over 12 hours of Prime95) with sys temps at 35C under load.

I cant seem to get the system to go any past this point. If I try and increase over 300, it doesn't post, or doesnt get into windows (BSOD or reboot).

I have tried raising the voltage on the chipset, CPU, RAM, etc.

Any suggestions? or have I hit the limit of the board?

Oh, and if I try to lower the command rate to 1T, it doesnt even POST (which seems strange since the RAM is running at about 192MHz.).

ANY help is appreciated. I would like to hit 3GHz on air... I think this chip can do it!!!

Vcore seems low, 1.4V is stock and you can push the winchester and venice cores to 1.5V safely for better OC's on air cooling.

wow, thats really impressive. a 50% overclock on stock voltage, wow! ok, just increase your voltage up to 1.5, or maybe a bit more. looks like you got one hell of a chip. maybe the htt just wont go any higher. lower your multi to 6, and see how high the htt will go. if it wont fo past 300, thats your problem.

how's your chipset cooling? the reason why 1t doesn't post is the memory controller on the CPU..... the 2t lets you OC higher with the rev. E apparently

Ok.. I did as theman suggested and lowered the multiplier to 5x (lowest it would go). I relaxed the mem timings all the way down, and put HTT at 1x. I then bumbed the CPU overclock to 301 from 300 and it would not POST. I am guessing that this is the limit of the motherboard and not of the cpu/ram/etc.

It is kinda odd though. When I first put this computer together, the first time I booted up I set HTT 300, relaxed the mem timings to what they are now, set HTT 3X, and THEN started to play with it. I found the exact limits of the board on the FIRST TRY?? Since I have booted it for the first time, I have only toyed with the settings, and have always had to go back to what I had them at as everything else is unstable/unable to POST.

Thanks for your help guys. I might just try to pick up another motherboard and some different RAM sometime... for now Im happy with this though.
